Elegant blue floral print blouse

I ordered this top for GGB with selfish reasons, knowing that I personally loved the over all classic look to this top! From the high neckline to the puffy sleeves, to the flattering cuff around the wrist and rounding this beautiful blouse off with a silky material…. I am personally obsessed with this option for fall wardrobe. It is true to size and I am modeling the size medium in these pictures
